XsitePro Advanced Features - Affiliate Wizard And Contextual Ad Wizard

A lot of people are raving about XsitePro and what a difference it can make for affiliate marketers. This article aims to look at two unique features of XsitePro in a little more detail, namely the affiliate links wizard and the Google AdSense wizard.

Using XsitePro, any link can be added with a simple click of the mouse, but that is just the tip of the iceberg. Suppose you are an affiliate marketer running a number of websites with different themes and each niche you are marketing to has a dozen or more affiliate programs for you to promote. You could build each of your sites, painstakingly adding each link manually - heck, if you are clever, you could have even got all your links saved in a separate text file to paste in as required. But what if I told you there was a tool that saved all your affiliate information and could add the links to your site in two clicks, and if the link needed changing, it would be instantly updated in all pages you had previously placed it without having to go through each page individually?

XsitePro has a cool little feature called the affiliate wizard. You set up all your affiliate links (or scripts if necessary) in one central repository using this wizard, and can also store other information such as affiliate account details, commission structures, advertiser or promotion expiry dates and comments about the program. Once your links are set, whatever site you are working on can have affiliate links added instantly by right clicking the mouse and selecting from all your current affiliate programs. Going off topic for just a moment, another feature unique to XsitePro (in the affiliate market) is that you are able to set up redirects, so it is very easy to disguise ugly affiliate URLs and hide the tell-tale affiliate id's which can so often put off potential buyers.

As with the affiliate wizard, XsitePro offers a similar feature for Google Adsense. You can save multiple AdSense account id's within XsitePro (one for each program) and the XsitePro Google AdSense wizard can recognise these extra ids and act accordingly, applying any suitable action based on yourXsitePro affiliate id's. Similarly, Google's Analytics tool can identify your advertising sources and associated ad campaigns;and you can manage your AdWords account using the same feature with a click of a mouse.

In addition to these unique features, which are located inside the XsitePro interface, there are a number of other options you can configure for maximum control over your storefront. You can choose between a standard homepage webpage (which is very basic), a contextual advert display (AdSense style) or a contextualually appliediston box (AdSense 4.0).

I particularly like the Google AdSense option as it is very simple to add and it gives the productider more flexibility in dealing with ad placement and other features, as the page layouts and page elements can be changed on the fly, rather than just by Molل shorthASTware HooPress one click and all your tweaks lie within the context of the presented ads.

Now, Click2Sell takes this a step further. You will be able to offer different amounts of different Click2Sell pages for different products, and the facedirectories will only show the first page for each ad, and the stats will update to show which ad is currently on the page. So, for example, when you click on a product link on an ad in a directory listing, you will be taken directly to the page where you can purchase the product. But, unlike the contextual advert system of AdSense you will still get some contextual advertising from Google's partner network Sunspot. But, unlike the contextual advertising of AdSense, you will get unit Affiliate commission from the contextual ads of Click2Sell.

The second and final step, after you have successfully registered and tuned in with the affiliate program of your choice, is to paste your affiliate link on the webpages where you plan to promote your affiliate products. You will need to create a link which will have your affiliate id attached to it and the best way to do this is to use a URL-shortening service such as tinyurl or snipurl.
